1. Allow Aliveness Project to use, without cost or charge, your business’ name in materials promoting DOFL.


2. Continuously display at least one DOFL poster, if not all provided marketing materials, for a minimum of two weeks prior to the event (from April 9 - April 24, 2025.)


3. Inform your restaurant wait staff, managers and other personnel about DOFL so they can promote the event to diners or guests.


4. Allow Aliveness Project to place Volunteer Ambassador(s) if available in your establishment on event day to approach tables, hand out event materials and information, answer questions, accept raffle entries/donation envelopes and thank guests.


5. Include a DOFL donation envelope or take out card with all to-go orders at your establishment on April 24, 2025.


6. Send or deliver a check for the total contribution payable to The Aliveness Project no later than June 5, 2025.
