2024 Dining Out For Life Restaurant Agreement: As a Dining Out For Life participating restaurant, I agree to: Donate the selected percentage of total gross food and beverage sales of all patrons for selected meals during Dining Out For Life on Thursday, April 25, 2024Allow The Aliveness Project to use restaurant's name in materials promoting Dining Out For LifePromote Dining Out For Life by displaying and/or distributing event materials a minimum of 2-3 weeks before the event.Inform servers, managers, and other restaurant personnel about Dining Out For Life, so they can promote the event to diners and answer basic event questions (restaurant training available on TBD)Permit The Aliveness Project to place a volunteer Ambassador or provide your own during participating meals on Dining Out For Life day.
